Rick Smith, the owner and founder of A Quality Homes & Maintenance Service (AQHMS) has been working in the construction and building trades since the early '90s and officially started the company in 2004. Rick has an exceptional eye for quality and design, and a unique ability to picture a finished project before making his first cut or hammering in the first nail.
